The Supreme Court has ruled that white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an appeals court judge.

So much for the "wise latina woman with rich experience", huh? Two-thirds of Americans believe that the white firefighters in New Haven, CT were discriminated against. Obviously the Democrats don't believe they were. It will be interesting to watch the media and Democrats try to squirm out of this one. Will they honestly still try and confirm her for the Supreme Court? Her decisions have been overturned by the Supreme Court 60% of the time BEFORE this decision!
